Finally, a West Elm item where the images don’t actually do it any justice. In person, this rug has both style & class and looks sharp to boot.
The rug wears well. It has some light shedding issues but nothing major and it doesn’t create a shaggy appearance at any point. It cleans easily. The weave is tight and not prone to pulling. It also has a moderate thickness to it and is soft on the feet, so we don’t think a rug pad is a needed addition.
As always with rugs, we’d like to note that this rug is indeed robot vacuum friendly thanks to the low pile and not being too dense that most vacuums won’t be able to get up on it.
All in all we love this rug and definitely count it as a winner both in and out of the West Elm catalog.
